Fitted Sliding Wardrobes in Ebbw Vale
Made to measure in our own South Wales workshop and fitted in a day, with doors on display in Ebbw Vale. From £799, with a free design visit.
Built for Valleys Houses
Ebbw Vale sits at the top of its valley and the houses show it. Long terraces stepped into the hillside, rooms a little narrower than you would find further south, and ceilings that are generous for the age of the house.
The chimney breast decides most jobs up here. One alcove is usually usable and the other is behind the door or up against a window, so the run goes on the wall that fits rather than the wall a catalogue assumes. That is the advantage of building each one to the room.
Houses on a slope bring their own problems. Floors that fall away across the room, walls that have moved with the ground over a century, and skirting that has not been level since it went on. None of that stops a fitted run going in. It just means measuring properly and scribing on the day, which is what our fitters do anyway.
The newer estates around The Works and out towards Cwm and Beaufort are a different job again, with square rooms and lower ceilings. A floor to ceiling run uses the height a freestanding wardrobe throws away, and that matters more in a smaller room.

Made in South Wales, Not Shipped In
The workshop is at Cilfynydd, just outside Pontypridd, around forty minutes from Ebbw Vale. Everything we fit up here is cut and built there.
Made here, not ordered in
Your doors are built at our own workshop, not ordered from a factory and shipped over. The person who measures your room works at the place they are made.
Our own fitter
Fitting day is one of our own team, not somebody handed your address that morning. If something needs adjusting we come back ourselves.
No showroom markup
Companies with retail park showrooms pass on the rent, the advertising and the commission. We make ours ourselves, which is how we start at £799.

Not in a house of that age. Our fitters scribe and adjust on the day so the run sits level and the doors slide properly.
