If you have never had fitted wardrobes put in, it is hard to know what you are agreeing to. How long does it take? Who comes round, and when? What happens to the room? Here is how it works with us, step by step, from the first phone call to the finished bedroom.
The free design visit
It starts with a visit to your home. We measure the room properly, including the bits that are not straight, and talk through how you use it: who the wardrobe is for, what needs hanging, what needs folding and what you want out of sight. We bring our sample book so you can see the finishes in your own light rather than under shop lights. There is no charge and no pressure to decide on the day.
The 3D design
From the measurements we draw the wardrobe up in 3D, so you can see the doors and the inside layout before anything is made. This is the point to change your mind about anything, from a door finish to where the drawers go. It is much easier to move a shelf on a screen than in a finished wardrobe.
One price, nothing added later
You get one figure for the whole job, covering the wardrobe, the inside and the fitting. Nothing gets added once you have said yes. Our sliding wardrobes start from £799, and glass door wardrobes from £999.
Three to four weeks to make
Once you are happy with the design, we make the wardrobe in our own workshop in Cilfynydd, just outside Pontypridd. It usually takes three to four weeks. Nothing is ordered in from a factory somewhere else, which is how we keep control of both the quality and the timing.

Fitting day
Most wardrobes are fitted in a single day. We will be honest: it is a day of disruption. The bedroom is out of use while we work and furniture has to move. We ask for the wardrobe wall and the floor in front of it to be cleared beforehand, and on the day we may ask to move other pieces to give us room to work.
We keep the mess down as far as we can. Dust sheets go down before we start, any cutting is done in the van rather than in your bedroom, and the room is hoovered before we leave. We take the packaging away with us.
After it is fitted
